My lock feels very tight?

Your door or lock may need urgent attention.  A key should turn easily to avoid unnecessary wear/damage. Arrange a service, clean or replacement.

When I turn my key the lock sometimes jams or won’t lock?

Your key may be damaged or the lock worn.  Our team can assist with a service call. 

My door is locked and will not open with the key?

Locks or keys can easily jam due to several causes.  In 90% of cases, we can open the lock cleanly without any damage.

My safe key or combination only works occasionally?

My door closer slams shut or won’t shut completely?

This sounds like the closer is worn out or damaged.  Securing by Design can replace all makes, models and types of door closers.

I would like to have locks fitted but I don’t want anyone to be able to get copy keys cut?

Fortress Security can install registered section cylinders.  This can be done on an individual basis or for a whole house, office or school.

I would like to have all my locks working with one key?

We can key alike most locks to your requirements or install a master suite where locks can be opened by an individual key for each door and a master key that will open all locks.
